We visited Haji Lane in celebration of Valentine’s Day weekend. Instead of going to the mall, we had a photowalk in one of the popular spots in Singapore. We were surprised to see a lot of tourists and locals hanging out in this short, tiny lane. No wonder, it was actually a hub for quaint fashion stores and hip restaurants. So if you’re looking for vintage and quirky stuffs, this is the place to go!
Here are some of the photos I took. Most of the shops do not allow photography inside.
Everything in Haji Lane looks like a piece of art. It’s full of charm and character. Each of the stores are thoughtfully designed with really cute details that will make anyone look around more. Visit and see for yourself! :)
Side Note:
A few blocks away from Haji Lane, we saw this one-dimensional building. It’s tall, sharp and flat as plywood.
As we walk closer to the building, it actually looks like this. Nice illusion right? :)
Praise God, our ultimate source of talent and wisdom!
